Beadix was started in a little corner of my bedroom, as a sort of diversion from office related stress and motherhood "blues". This hobby-business, as I like to call it, quickly turned into an addiction and a passion... especially with a growing daughter who just LOVES all things girly!! This website is single handedly run by myself, as I like to keep things small and personal. Please bear with me if sometimes things get too busy... I'm sure all moms out there know how it is... :P

Prawns with Garlic Butter

I tried this recipe by Marketman (http://www.marketmanila.com/archives/prawns-with-garlic-butter-a-la-marketman) the other night and it was really superb! I didn't have fresh parsley at that time, so I used some green onions instead. Since I'm not an expert, I don't know if the replacement made a huge difference in taste. I only added green onions to add some color :)

Warning: This is mainly an adults dish. I always have some kind of soup stocked in the ref/freezer for the kids. :-P
